1 small sweet onion, diced small
1 (8 oz.) package white button mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless, skinless pork chops, about 1 1/2 inches thick

Instructions:
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until tender. Add garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds.
